Abigail Platter represents ideas through technical craft and poetic thinking. She sees her paintings as a form of writing, and her ideas are drawn from the connections she sees in literature, art history, and her life experience.

Over the last 10 years her work has included design, illustrations, and gallery works. Grief House, her first solo show opened on Feb. 12, 2022 in the Nickerson Studios at Seattle Pacific University. She is the associate art director at Bethany Community Church and an adjunct professor at multiple colleges in Seattle.

She is accepting illustration work and commissions.
